End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cem-Ops cemetery operations platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your organisation's internal cemetery management purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Service to any third party.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Springhill Cemetery or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our a(href="/public/privacy") Privacy Policy | , which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPRINGHILL CEMETERY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
